Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C butter
  • 4 C Cherrios Brand cereal
  • salt – to taste

Directions:

Stovetop Method:

  1. Melt 1/4 C butter in a 10″ skillet
  2. Stir in 4 C Cheerios
  3. Cook and stir 2 – 3 minutes, or until cereal is well coated
  4. Sprinkle with salt

Microwave Method:

  1. In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high for about 45 seconds, or until melted
  2. Add cereal; mix well
  3. Microwave uncovered on high 3 – 4 minutes, stirring every minute
  4. Sprinkle with salt
