Ingredients:

  • oz cream cheese
  • pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C chunky salsa
  • 2 C mexican blend cheese – shredded
  • green onions – chopped – optional for topping

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and taco seasoning until light and fluffy
  2. Add mayonnaise and mix until combined
  3. Spread on the bottom of a pie plate
  4. Top with salsa
  5. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese
  6. Garnish with green onions if desired

Notes:

  1. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until ready to serve
  2. Hot Dip Option: Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until the cheese is melted (about 15 – 20 minutes)
  3. Serve with a thick tortilla chip, I prefer using Fritos Brand Scoops
