• 1-1/4 lb steak – cut into small cubes (sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye or strip steak all work great)
  • Tbsp olive oil
  • Tbsp butter
  • tsp garlic – minced
  • salt and pepper
  • Tbsp parsley – minced – optional


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper
  3. Place the steak in the pan in a single layer
  4. Cook on high heat for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
  5. Reduce heat to medium-medium high
  6. Add the butter and garlic to the pan – be careful not to burn the butter & garlic
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce
  8. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired, and serve
