• nuts – any kind – roughly chopped or whole
  • caramel – melted
  • chocolate – any kind – melted


  1. Put a layer of nuts in a flat pan
  2. Melt the caramel 
  3. Spoon circles of melted caramel on the nuts – let it set up for a bit
  4. Melt the chocolate
  5. Spoon melted chocolate over the caramel
  6. Once chocolate is completely set up, turn it over (so the chocolate side is down)
  7. Spoon chocolate on the top side
