• 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 C shredded italian cheese blend
  • 1 Tbsp butter – melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Roll out pizza dough until thin
  4. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 12 equal squares
  5. Take one square and create a place it in the palm of your hand, cupping your hand to make a pocket for the cheese
  6. Add a pinch or two of cheese into your dough pocket
  7. Pull the 4 corners and then the 4 newly formed corners all up to meet at the top – pinch together
  8. Place the corner side face down on the baking sheet
  9. Repeat until you’ve created all 12 Italian Cheese Rolls
  10. Add garlic powder and italian seasoning to melted butter
  11. Brush on to the top of each roll
  12. Sprinkle with additional italian cheese blend or parmesan
  13. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until golden brown
