• 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
  • 8 oz cream cheese – softened to room temperature
  • 8 oz bacon – cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 C green onion – chopped
  • 1/4 C parmesan cheese – grated or shredded
  • 1/4 C cheddar cheese – shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic salt and parmesan cheese – mix well
  4. Open can of biscuit dough and separate out each biscuit
  5. Roll each biscuit out flat
  6. Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and place it into the center of the biscuit dough
  7. Take edges of the biscuit dough and fold over until cheese is covered
  8. Pinch edges to seal
  9. Place sealed side down on a greased baking sheet and repeat until all 8 biscuits are filled
  10. Sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on each biscuit before placing in the oven
  11. Bake for 11 – 13 minutes or until golden brown
