• 3-1/2  C fresh broccoli florets – cut to bite sized pieces
  • 3-1/2  C fresh cauliflower florets – cut to bite sized pieces
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 C italian bread crumbs or panko
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray – set aside
  3. Combine the broccoli, cauliflower and olive oil in a large Ziploc bag and shake well to coat
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to the bag and shake until well coated, pressing slightly to help the breading stick
  5. Pour onto the baking sheet and spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray
  6. Bake for 20 minutes
  7. Stir and continue to bake an additional 10 minutes and serve hot
