• 3 – 4 pkg chicken drumettes (these are mini-legs, don’t use regular drumsticks)
  • 16 oz bottle of catalina french salad dressing
  • 8 oz – 10 oz jar of apricot preserves
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix – I use Lipton Brand


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix together salad dressing, preserves & onion soup mix
  3. Add drummettes and coat well, ensuring every part of every drumette is coated
  4. Bake uncovered for 2 hours
