• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb bacon (Hormel Brand Center Cut works best)
  • 2/3 C brown sugar – firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut chicken into chunks
  3. Cut bacon slices in half
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and chili powder
  5. Wrap each chicken chunk with bacon, insert a toothpick and cover completely with brown sugar mixture
  6. Place in a greased pan
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  8. Broil until bacon is browned – be careful not to catch the toothpicks on fire!
