Ingredients:
- 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Sugar
Directions:
- Shuck corn, making sure all of the little hairs are removed
- Snap the cob in half ~ place one hand on each end
- Place in a large pot
- Add enough water to cover a little over the corn
- Sprinkle in 1-1/2 Tbsp of sugar
- Bring to a boil
- Cover the pot
- Turn the flame down to simmer
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes (MAKE SURE IT IS SIMMERING)
