*This requires marinating over night
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless pork chops (do not use thick pork chops) – trim off any fat
- 1 C olive oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic – minced
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Directions:
- Combine ingredients (except pork) in a large Ziploc freezer bag
- Add pork chops to the bag and place bag in a large bowl in the fridge
- Allow pork to marinade overnight
- Grill and season with salt – to taste
