Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts – cooked and diced
- 12 oz spaghetti – cooked and drained well
- 2 cans (10.75 oz each) cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 C chicken broth
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 C (1 stick) butter – melted
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese – grated or shredded
- 1 C cheddar cheese – shredded
- 1C italian bread crumbs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking pan
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, spaghetti, soup, chicken broth, sour cream, butter, cayenne pepper, italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- Spread mixture into prepared pan
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese evenly on top
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake for about 45 – 50 minutes
