Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope “Knox” unflavored gelatin
- 1 C mayonaise
- 1 C celery – very finely chopped
- 1/2 C green onions – chopped
- 1 (6 oz) can shrimp – drained
- 1 (6 oz) can crab meat – drained
Directions:
- In a medium pot, over medium heat, melt cream cheese and soup – do not allow it to boil
- Add gelatin until dissolved
- Remove from heat, add mayo, celery, green onions, shrimp & crab
- Mix well
- Pour into bowl or mold pan
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours – the longer, the better
Notes:
- Serve chilled or at room temperature – do not serve hot
