Ingredients:
- 1 C (2 sticks) butter – melted
- 2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 C brown sugar – firmly packed
- 1-3/4 C powdered sugar
- 1 C peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips (*see Notes below)
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, born sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy
- Pou mixture into a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ pan
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave oh high in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted – about 2 minutes total
- Pour over the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread chocolate with a spatula – to even out chocolate, tap pan on the counter
- Refrigerate bars for one hour
- Cut while bars are still cool
Notes:
- You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk or white chocolate chips
