Ingredients:
- 3 C cooked chicken breast – shredded
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 C sour cream
- 1/2 C (1stick) butter – melted
- 1-1/2 sleeves ritz crackers – crushed
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes – optional
- pepper – to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease an 8″ square baking dish with non-stick spray
- In a large bowl, combine soup and sour cream
- Stir in shredded chicken
- Season generously with pepper
- Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika and if using, red pepper flakes
- Pour mixture into greased baking dish
- Top with crushed ritz crackers
- Evenly pour melted butter over the crushed crackers
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until dish is heated through and crackers are golden brown
- Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving
