Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- softened butter for greasing foil
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dry ground mustard
- 1 tsp garlic – minced
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together (except chicken)
- Place chicken breasts in a foil lined baking pan that has been buttered – make sure you butter the foil!
- Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 75 minutes
- Every 15 minutes, turn the chicken breasts over and baste with the sauce
