Ingredients:
- 1 (9″) frozen deep dish pie crust
- 1 C chicken – cooked & chopped (*see Notes below)
- 1/2 C bacon – cooked & chopped (*see Notes below)
- 3/4 C shredded cheddar cheese or italian 6 cheese blend
- 3 eggs
- 1 C half and half
- 3 Tbsp bottled ranch salad dressing (not dry mix)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spread cooked chicken and bacon in bottom of pie crust
- Top with cheese
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, ranch dressing and pepper
- Pour egg mixture over chicken and cheese mixture
- Bake for 50 – 60 minutes, until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean
- Remove from oven and allow quiche to rest for 5 – 10 minutes before serving
Notes:
- For the chicken, I use 1 can (12.5 oz) Costco brand Premium Chunk Chicken Breast – drained, rinsed and hand-squeezed dry
- For the bacon, I use Hormel brand Real Crumbled Bacon Original
