Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 4 C powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Grease an 8″ square baking dish – set aside
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips on high, for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 second intervals, until melted and smooth
- Fold melted white chocolate into cream cheese mixture
- Spread into prepared baking dish
- Chill for 1 hour, then cut into 1 inch squares
