Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 (1 oz) packet (or 3 Tbsp Bulk) dry ranch seasoning/dressing mix
Directions:
- Place a slow cooker liner bag in your crockpot (*see Notes below)
- Place chicken in crockpot
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and dry ranch mix – just until melted, do not allow it to boil
- Pour over chicken
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 – 6 hours
Notes:
- For easy clean up, I always use a slow cooker liner bag – make sure if you use a slow cooker liner bag, that you buy the specific liner bag that is made for Slow Cookers, DO NOT use anything else or it will melt and ruin your food!
- Serve over pasta, rice or potatoes
