Ingredients:
- 6 large red-ripe vine tomatoes (or heirloom) – sliced
- 1/2 C fresh basil – chopped
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella (in water) – drained and sliced
- salt & pepper – to taste
- basalmic vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Layer sliced tomates, chopped basil, sliced fresh mozzarella cheese on a plate
- Drizzle with a little vinegar & olive oil
- Season with salt & pepper – to taste
