Ingredients:
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coarse ground pepper
- 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/4 C vegetable oil
- bacon bits – optional
- fresh spinach leaves
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients together – I use a shaker cup
- Heat on stove until warm – do not microwave
- Drizzle over spinach
