Ingredients:
- 4 oz bleu cheese – crumbled & divided
- 3 Tbsp buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- salt & freshly ground black pepper – to taste
Directions:
- In a small bowl, using a fork, mash 2 oz bleu cheese with buttermilk until the mixture resembles cottage cheese with small curds
- Stir in the remaining ingredients
- Taste and adjust the seasonings with salt and freshly ground black pepper
Notes:
- This dressing can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week – do not freeze
