Ingredients:
- 3 – 4 pkg chicken drumettes (these are mini-legs, don’t use regular drumsticks)
- 16 oz bottle of catalina french salad dressing
- 8 oz – 10 oz jar of apricot preserves
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix – I use Lipton Brand
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix together salad dressing, preserves & onion soup mix
- Add drummettes and coat well, ensuring every part of every drumette is coated
- Bake uncovered for 2 hours
