Ingredients:

  • 1 C flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 2 Tbsp mayonaise

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Grease a 12 muffin baking pan with non-stick spray or butter
  3. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients to form the dough
  4. Option 1:  Place the dough in a large Ziploc bag and snip off one corner of the bag and squeeze the dough evenly into the greased muffin pan
  5. Option 2:  Place the dough on a floured surface, divide dough into 12 even balls and place into greased muffin pan
  6. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes or until golden brown (start checking at 15 minutes)
