Ingredients:
- 2 – 3 lbs boneless top sirloin (or your favorite cut) steak
- 1/2 C italian salad dressing
- 1/2 C barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp garlic pepper seasoning
- 1/4 C worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Slice steak into 3” to 4” pieces and put them inside a gallon sized zippered plastic storage bag
- Mix together remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl
- Pour marinade over steak in storage bag and seal
- Move bag around to distribute marinade evenly
- Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours – the longer, the better
- Remove steak from marinade and grill for 5 to 7 minutes each side
- Discard remaining marinade
