Ingredients:
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage – not links
- 1 envelope country gravy mix
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C shredded jack cheese
*You will also need the ingredients listed on the gravy mix
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and place on a greased, round pizza pan with points toward the center
- Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan to form a crust – seal seams
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown
- In a skillet, crumble sausage and cook until browned – drain – set aside
- In a medium saucepan, prepare gravy according to package directions
- Stir sausage crumbles into thickened gravy – set aside
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper
- In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat
- Add egg mixture
- Cook and stir until almost set
- Spread sausage gravy mixture over the crust – leaving about 1/4″ space from the edge
- Top with eggs
- Sprinkle both cheeses on top
- Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until eggs are set and cheese is melted
