Ingredients:
- 10 slices soft white bread
- 10 sausage links
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp flour
Directions:
- Remove crusts from bread and roll flat with a rolling pin
- Cook sausage links until brown
- Lay one sausage link on the edge of each bread slice and roll up tightly
- Heat skillet with some butter on medium
- In a square dish, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and flour
- Dip each roll-up into the egg completely and cook in butter until golden on all sides
