Ingredients:
- 2 cans (12.5 oz each) white premium chunk chicken breast
- 1 C ranch salad dressing
- 3/4 C hot sauce – I use Crystal Brand Louisiana Hot Sauce, but Frank’s Red Hot Brand works too
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 C cheddar cheese – shredded
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease a 2 qt casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
- In a medium-sized pot, over medium-high heat, combine ranch dressing, hot sauce and cream cheese
- Stir until cream cheese is melted
- Add chicken and 1C shredded cheese
- Mix until creamy
- Transfer to casserole dish
- Top with 1 C shredded cheese
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and starting to brown
