Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/8 C green onion – chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 C cilantro – chopped – optional
Directions:
- Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie plate
- In a small mixing bowl beat together cranberry sauce, green onion, cumin and lemon juice (if using, add cilantro as well)
- Spread on top of cream cheese
