Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese – softened to room temperature
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 C grated asiago cheese
- 1/2 C minced fresh parsley
- freshly crushed black pepper
- 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach – thawed and drained well (squeeze all of the liquid out)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic in a mixing bowl
- Add the Asiago cheese and parsley – mix well
- Sprinkle with crushed black pepper – mix well
- Press as much moisture out of the spinach as you can – stir into the mixture
- Place in medium round or oval baking casserole dish
- Bake in the preheated oven until the middle is bubbling and the edges are golden brown – about 20 – 25 minutes
