Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
- 8 oz cream cheese – softened to room temperature
- 8 oz bacon – cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 C green onion – chopped
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese – grated or shredded
- 1/4 C cheddar cheese – shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic salt and parmesan cheese – mix well
- Open can of biscuit dough and separate out each biscuit
- Roll each biscuit out flat
- Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and place it into the center of the biscuit dough
- Take edges of the biscuit dough and fold over until cheese is covered
- Pinch edges to seal
- Place sealed side down on a greased baking sheet and repeat until all 8 biscuits are filled
- Sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on each biscuit before placing in the oven
- Bake for 11 – 13 minutes or until golden brown
