Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope “Knox” unflavored gelatin
  • 1 C mayonaise
  • 1 C celery – very finely chopped
  • 1/2 C green onions – chopped
  • 1 (6 oz) can shrimp – drained
  • 1 (6 oz) can crab meat – drained

Directions:

  1. In a medium pot, over medium heat, melt cream cheese and soup – do not allow it to boil
  2. Add gelatin until dissolved
  3. Remove from heat, add mayo, celery, green onions, shrimp & crab
  4. Mix well
  5. Pour into bowl or mold pan
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours – the longer, the better

Notes:

  1. Serve chilled or at room temperature – do not serve hot
