Scalloped Corn

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In a bowl, combine both cans of corn, green onions and beaten eggs
  4. Stir in the crackers, butter, cheese, salt and pepper
  5. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish
  6. Bake for 40 minutes
  7. Remove and top with the crushed french fried onions
  8. Return to the oven for 5 – 6 minutes or until onions are lightly browned
