Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks – drained 
  • 3/4 C flour
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve (30 count) Ritz Brand crackers – crushed 
  • 1/2 C (1 stick) butter – melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 3 qt casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Place drained pineapple chunks into baking dish
  4. Combine flour, sugar and cheese – spread over pineapple 
  5. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over pineapple
  6. Pour melted butter over Ritz crackers
  7. Bake for 30 minutes

Notes:

  1. This is a great side dish with ham
