Ingredients:

  1. 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
  2. 1-1/2 Tbsp Sugar

Directions:

  1. Shuck corn, making sure all of the little hairs are removed
  2. Snap the cob in half ~ place one hand on each end
  3. Place in a large pot
  4. Add enough water to cover a little over the corn
  5. Sprinkle in 1-1/2 Tbsp of sugar
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Cover the pot
  8. Turn the flame down to simmer
  9. Simmer for 15-20 minutes (MAKE SURE IT IS SIMMERING)
  10. Enjoy!
