Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coarse ground pepper
  • 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1/4 C vegetable oil
  • bacon bits – optional
  • fresh spinach leaves

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together – I use a shaker cup
  2. Heat on stove until warm – do not microwave
  3. Drizzle over spinach
