Ingredients:

  • 6 large red-ripe vine tomatoes (or heirloom) – sliced
  • 1/2 C fresh basil – chopped
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella (in water) – drained and sliced
  • salt & pepper – to taste
  • basalmic vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Layer sliced tomates, chopped basil, sliced fresh mozzarella cheese on a plate
  2. Drizzle with a little vinegar & olive oil
  3. Season with salt & pepper – to taste
