Ingredients:

  • 4 oz bleu cheese – crumbled & divided
  • 3 Tbsp buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper – to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, using a fork, mash 2 oz bleu cheese with buttermilk until the mixture resembles cottage cheese with small curds
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients  
  3. Taste and adjust the seasonings with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Notes:

  1. This dressing can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week – do not freeze
