Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (4 oz each) mushrooms – drained
  • lb pork sausage or italian sausage
  • 1/2 onion– chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese – cut into 6 pieces
  • 1/2 mayonnaise
  • cheddar cheese – shredded
  • mozzarella cheese – shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In large skillet cook your sausage over medium heat
  3. When sausage is halfway done add onions and mushrooms
  4. Cook until onions are tender – drain
  5. Season with garlic salt and pepper
  6. Add in your cream cheese and stir until melted
  7. In bowl mix together both cheeses
  8. Stir in your mayo and then add 2/3 of the cheese
  9. Spread into a 9″ square baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbling and golden

Notes:

  1. Serve with diced bread or crackers
