Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese – softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 C grated asiago cheese
  • 1/2 C minced fresh parsley
  • freshly crushed black pepper
  • 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach – thawed and drained well (squeeze all of the liquid out)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic in a mixing bowl
  3. Add the Asiago cheese and parsley – mix well
  4. Sprinkle with crushed black pepper – mix well
  5. Press as much moisture out of the spinach as you can – stir into the mixture
  6. Place in medium round or oval baking casserole dish
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the middle is bubbling and the edges are golden brown – about 20 – 25 minutes
