Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 2 tomatoes – chopped
- 2 onions – chopped
- 2 (4 oz each) cans diced green chilies
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese – softened to room temperature
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking dish
- Cook sausage over medium high heat until evenly brown – drain and set aside
- In a large bowl, mix together sausage, tomatoes, onions, green chilis, sour cream and cream cheese
- Pour into greased baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes
- Serve with chips or over sliced toast
