Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/8 C green onion – chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 C cilantro – chopped – optional

Directions:

  1. Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie plate
  2. In a small mixing bowl beat together cranberry sauce, green onion, cumin and lemon juice (if using, add cilantro as well)
  3. Spread on top of cream cheese

Notes:

  1. Serve with crackers
