Ingredients:

  • oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 mayonnaise
  • 1/4 sour cream
  • Tbsp lemon juice
  • tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 fresh parmesan cheese
  • cans (6 oz each) crab meat – drained
  • shredded mozzarella cheese – divided
  • Tbsp fresh chives
  • clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Tbsp fresh chives – garnish
  • wonton strips –crushed – garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce with a hand mixer on medium speed until fluffy
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, chives, garlic and pepper
  4. Reserve 1/3 C of mozzarella cheese for topping
  5. Spread in a small baking dish or pie plate
  6. Top with remaining cheese
  7. Bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
  8. Garnish with remaining chives and crushed wonton strips
