Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz each) white premium chunk chicken breast
  • 1 C ranch salad dressing
  • 3/4 C hot sauce – I use Crystal Brand Louisiana Hot Sauce, but Frank’s Red Hot Brand works too
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 C cheddar cheese – shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Grease a 2 qt casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In a medium-sized pot, over medium-high heat, combine ranch dressing, hot sauce and cream cheese
  4. Stir until cream cheese is melted
  5. Add chicken and 1C shredded cheese
  6. Mix until creamy
  7. Transfer to casserole dish
  8. Top with 1 C shredded cheese
  9. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and starting to brown
