Ingredients:

  • 1 C (2 sticks) butter – melted
  • 2 C graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 C brown sugar – firmly packed
  • 1-3/4 C powdered sugar
  • 1 C peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips (*see Notes below)

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, born sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy
  2. Pou mixture into a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ pan
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave oh high in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted – about 2 minutes total
  4. Pour over the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Spread chocolate with a spatula – to even out chocolate, tap pan on the counter
  6. Refrigerate bars for one hour
  7. Cut while bars are still cool

Notes:

  1. You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk or white chocolate chips
