Ingredients:
  • 2 C peanut butter
  • 1 C brown sugar – firmly packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-1/2 C old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C Reese’s Brand Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 C Reese’s Piece’s Brand Candies

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking dish with parchment paper or foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray – set aside
  3. Using a mixer, beat the peanut butter and brown sugar together until smooth
  4. Add the vanilla and then the eggs, one at a time until well mixed
  5. Add the oats, baking soda and salt and mix until just combined
  6. Press dough evenly into prepared baking dish
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top of the bars starts to turn golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and let cool
  9. Once bars have cooled, microwave chocolate & peanut butter chips in 30 second intervals, stirring well after each interval
  10. Pour over and spread on top of the bars
  11. Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces brand candies on the top 
  12. Refrigerate for 20 – 30 minutes, to allow the chocolate to set up
