Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese – softened to room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 bag/pouch (17.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
- 2/3 C caramel chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper – or lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray
- In a bowl, add cream cheese, egg and cookie mix
- Mix with an electric mixer until well combined – the mix will be thick
- Fold in caramel chips
- Using a Tbsp, form dough into balls and place onto prepared cookie sheet
- Bake for 17 – 20 minutes
- Transfer to a cooling rack
- Allow to cool before devouring!
