Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese – softened to room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bag/pouch (17.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
  • 2/3 C caramel chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper – or lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In a bowl, add cream cheese, egg and cookie mix
  4. Mix with an electric mixer until well combined – the mix will be thick
  5. Fold in caramel chips
  6. Using a Tbsp, form dough into balls and place onto prepared cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 17 – 20 minutes
  8. Transfer to a cooling rack
  9. Allow to cool before devouring!
