Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • softened butter for greasing foil
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dry ground mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic – minced
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together (except chicken)
  3. Place chicken breasts in a foil lined baking pan that has been buttered – make sure you butter the foil!
  4. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 75 minutes
  5. Every 15 minutes, turn the chicken breasts over and baste with the sauce

Notes:

  1. Serve chicken with sauce poured over the top
