Ingredients:

  • 1 (9″) frozen deep dish pie crust
  • 1 C chicken – cooked & chopped (*see Notes below)
  • 1/2 C bacon – cooked & chopped (*see Notes below)
  • 3/4 C shredded cheddar cheese or italian 6 cheese blend
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C half and half
  • 3 Tbsp bottled ranch salad dressing (not dry mix)
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spread cooked chicken and bacon in bottom of pie crust
  3. Top with cheese
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, ranch dressing and pepper
  5. Pour egg mixture over chicken and cheese mixture
  6. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes, until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean
  7. Remove from oven and allow quiche to rest for 5 – 10 minutes before serving

Notes:

  1. For the chicken, I use 1 can (12.5 oz) Costco brand Premium Chunk Chicken Breast – drained, rinsed and hand-squeezed dry
  2. For the bacon, I use Hormel brand Real Crumbled Bacon Original
